Agents that do the work, not just the talking.
We design, test and run AI agents that answer customers, qualify leads, book appointments and update your systems — on your website, WhatsApp, phone and email. Every agent says it is an AI, hands over to a person when it should, and is measured on problems solved, not messages sent.
What it solves
Calls and messages you can't answer
Every missed call after 18:00 or on a busy morning is a booking or a sale that goes to a competitor.
Your team answers the same 20 questions
Opening hours, prices, order status, documents. Skilled people spend hours on work an agent does in seconds.
Leads arrive cold and leave colder
A web form answered tomorrow converts a fraction of one answered in two minutes.
Deliverables, not promises.
Website & WhatsApp agents
Answer, qualify and book from your own knowledge base, with your tone of voice.
Voice agents
Inbound reception and outbound follow-ups by phone, in Spanish and English, with call summaries.
Email & ticket agents
Read, classify and draft replies to the inbox; a person approves until quality is proven.
Internal assistants (RAG)
Your team asks; the assistant answers from manuals, contracts and procedures — with the source.
Agents that take action
Create the CRM contact, book in the calendar, open the ticket, send the quote — through scoped APIs.
Analytics & QA
Dashboards of resolution rate, handovers, topics and sentiment; weekly review of failed conversations.
How we deliver it
Fixed steps, clear deliverables and a go/no-go at each checkpoint.
KPIs we track
- Autonomous resolution rate
- Handover rate and reasons
- Response time
- Bookings / leads created
- CSAT after conversation
- Cost per resolved contact
Map the conversations
We pull 3–6 months of calls, emails and chats, cluster them by intent and pick the 3–5 intents that cover most volume.
- Intent map
- Volume & value per intent
Design the agent & its limits
Knowledge sources, tools it may use, what it must never do, when it hands over and to whom.
- Agent spec
- Guardrails & handover rules
Build & evaluate
We build on proven platforms and test against 100+ real scenarios, including adversarial ones, before any customer talks to it.
- Test suite & scorecard
- Go/no-go review
Launch in shadow, then live
First it drafts and a person approves; then it answers alone on the intents that hit the quality bar.
- Phased rollout plan
- Team training
Run & improve monthly
We review failures every week, add knowledge, extend to new intents and report resolution, savings and revenue.
- Monthly report
- Improvement backlog
How the world's best do it
We study what leading AI companies and early adopters do — and bring the principles that work to companies of every size. Every claim links to its source.
Evaluate before you deploy
Enterprise agent platforms test every agent against technical and behavioural benchmarks before and after launch. We do the same with a scenario suite per client.
Source: HappyRobot ↗Measure resolution, not deflection
Klarna reported its assistant handled two-thirds of chats in month one and cut resolution time from 11 to under 2 minutes. Resolution and satisfaction are the numbers that matter.
Source: CX Today ↗Humans stay in the loop where it counts
Allianz and Anthropic designed claims agents that keep a person in the loop for sensitive cases and log every decision. Our agents escalate by rule, not by luck.

DHL started with appointment scheduling, driver follow-ups and warehouse coordination before scaling to millions of voice minutes a year.

Common questions
Will customers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. Every agent introduces itself as an AI assistant, as the EU AI Act requires, and offers a person when asked.
What if the agent gets something wrong?
It only answers from approved sources, escalates when unsure, and every conversation is logged. We review failures weekly and fix the cause.
Can it connect to my booking system or CRM?
Usually yes, through official APIs and an integration layer with scoped, read-only-by-default keys. We never connect directly to your core ERP.
