What data we process and why
- Contact and diagnosis requests (name, email, company, website, message): to answer you and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- AI Radar newsletter (email, language, segments): to send the brief you subscribed to. Basis: consent (art. 6.1.a), withdrawable in one click.
- Job applications (CV and the data you include): to manage selection processes. Basis: consent and pre-contractual measures. Kept 12 months.
- Radar API accounts (email, company, usage logs): to provide the service and bill it. Basis: contract (art. 6.1.b).
Retention
While the relationship lasts and then for legal periods. Unconverted leads are deleted after 24 months; CVs after 12 months.
Recipients and processors
We do not sell or share data, except legal obligations. We use processors such as [Formspree / n8n (self-hosted EU) / HubSpot / Google Workspace / newsletter provider / Supabase (EU region)] under data processing agreements and, for international transfers, adequate safeguards (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
AI and automated decisions
We do not take decisions with legal effects about you based solely on automated processing. Our AI assistants tell you they are AI.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@alfageme.eu. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
