Your tools, finally talking to each other.
We connect your CRM, ERP, email, spreadsheets and apps so data moves on its own, and we add AI where reading, classifying or deciding used to need a person: invoices, delivery notes, emails, orders, reports. Built on an integration layer with retries, logs and alerts — so it keeps working when you are not looking.
What it solves
Copy-paste between systems
The same order is typed into three tools, and errors appear at the end of the month.
Paper and PDFs everywhere
Invoices, delivery notes and forms are read and typed by hand.
Reports that take a day
Someone exports, cleans and pastes data every Monday instead of deciding with it.
Deliverables, not promises.
Process automation
Order-to-invoice, lead-to-customer, onboarding, approvals — end to end in n8n or Make.
AI document reading
Invoices, delivery notes, contracts and forms extracted into structured data with validation.
Integrations & data layer
Official APIs, scoped keys and a Supabase cache — fast, secure and resilient if a system is down.
Dashboards
Sales, operations and finance KPIs refreshed automatically in Looker Studio or a custom panel.
Inbox triage
Emails classified, routed and pre-answered; attachments filed where they belong.
Alerts & monitoring
Every flow logs its runs; failures retry and alert a person with context.
How we deliver it
Fixed steps, clear deliverables and a go/no-go at each checkpoint.
KPIs we track
- Hours saved per month
- Error rate vs. manual
- Run success rate
- Cycle time (order → invoice)
Process walk-through
We sit with the people who do the work and time each step. The goal is to find the 20% of steps that eat 80% of the hours.
- Process map with times
Field mapping & access
Which data moves from where to where, and the minimum, scoped access each step needs. DPA signed before personal data.
- Data map
- Access register
Build against a sandbox
Flows are built and tested on test data, with retries, idempotency and logs from day one.
- Working flows in staging
Parallel run
For two weeks the automation runs next to the manual process and we compare outputs.
- Accuracy report
Switch over & monitor
Manual steps are retired; alerts, runbooks and a monthly health check keep it running.
- Runbook
- Hours-saved report
How the world's best do it
We study what leading AI companies and early adopters do — and bring the principles that work to companies of every size. Every claim links to its source.
Connect operations first, then orchestrate intelligence
Growth-tech leaders start with the business, connect data and operations, orchestrate AI on top, then learn and scale what works. We follow that order.

Common questions
Do you need access to my ERP?
Only scoped, read-only-by-default access through official APIs or scheduled exports. Writes go through a queue with retries and alerts.
What happens if a flow fails?
It retries, logs the error and alerts a person with the context to fix it. Nothing fails silently.
n8n or Make?
n8n for most clients (self-hostable in the EU, no per-step pricing); Make when your team already uses it.
